Tiny Dancer

Cara started dance this year.  She's taking from Ms. Treva, my old dance teacher.  I'm so excited, and she LOVES it.

So Far in September...

I've learned a few things in September so far...

1) Second Grade wears Nick out!  Thanks Marie!

2) We love spending time at the lake, especially when the BIG dogs are there with Aunt Andrea!

 3) I should watch my daughter more closely when she tells me she is getting lotion by herself.

 4) Balloons rock!

 5) Why use your bed for napping when the couch will put you to sleep every time!

Nick Turns 7 - August 18, 2012

While we all celebrated, Miss Lexi got her first BIG GIRL haircut.  I like her better all fuzzy.

Girls' Night!

While the boys went to a sleep over at the Crawdad's baseball stadium, Amanda and I took our girls to have pedicures and out for dinner.  During dinner, the girls decided they wanted to spend the night together, so Amanda took one for the team and offered to keep them.  Little did she know that they would stay up past midnight giggling and playing.  Bless her!  I enjoyed a nice, quiet evening at home and was in bed by 10:15.
