8 Week Baby Appointment

Chris and I went to our first doctor's appointment for our 8 week checkup today. Dr. Faruque says the baby is developing nicely. The heartbeat was nice and strong at 144 bpm. Nick's was 167 bpm, so maybe the slower heartbeat means it a girl. Either way, we hope this baby continues to grow and be healthy.

Here are a few pictures of our sonogram today, and a picture of me at 7 weeks. Of course, you can't tell I'm pregnant, but if you look closely you might see the beginnings of a baby bump.
