March for Babies - April 26, 2008

Saturday was the big March for Babies in Hickory. Harris did not look ready.

We had an awesome time at the walk. We made it 3.1 miles and raised over $1100 for the cause. Thanks to everyone who supported us!

And Harris ended his day the way he started - asleep!

Nick still thinks he's a baby sometimes. (I just think he can't stand for Harrison to do something or play in something that he can't).

Harris has TWO teeth now! The second one came in on the bottom last week.
I tried some stage 3 foods with Harris this week. I'm not sure he liked the texture.

"No thank you Mommy, I'll stick to the other stuff!"

32 months / 7 months

Harris turned 7 months old today! And the big news is that his FIRST TOOTH popped through on the bottom left. Yea Harris.

Here are Harris and Lauren celebrating their monthly birthdays. Lauren turned 8 months old on Wednesday.

Nick at 32 months. He DID NOT want to have his picture taken.

Harris was chomping on his pickle at Jason's Deli on Thursday.

It was so beautiful this week. We enjoyed spending time outdoors.

Harris enjoyed eating his stroller too.

I always thought it would be Nick teaching Harris, but Nick is taking his cues from Harris and sucking his thumb. How funny!

And because this is just funny. I've always heard that elephants have wrinkles, but Harrison does too!

Asheville / Big Boy / Nickisms

Nick has been asking to go see the big lions, so we headed up to the Biltmore House on Saturday.

While Harris was awake, he seemed to have fun.

The beginnings of Nick's tantrum (yes, he is upside down).

Poor Nick. The old farmhouse down the road caught on fire last weekend. On our way back from checking it out, Nick had a little accident. Doesn't he look pitiful!

Harris is such a big boy. We've been holding off putting him into his bigger car seat for about 2 months now. He was way past the length limit (notice his feet dangling off the edge) and right at the weight limit.

Now he's a big boy. He is so much happier!

Check out studly. I am so going to blackmail him with this one some day.

Nick went golfing for the first time with Chris and Uncle Paul. It looks like he had a good time!
