Asheboro Zoo 3-19-11

What a beautiful weekend it was!!!  Chris and I decided to take the kids to the zoo in Asheboro since it was so nice.  Cara is getting to an age where she can really enjoy things and what better place than one with lots of animals!!!

Glasses on and I'm ready to go!
Two bored looking boys at our bathroom break
 Giraffs and Zebras oh my

 Rhino
 Elephants (they were my favorite)

We're hoping to go back again soon!

The Munchkins in March

Here are some cute pictures of the kiddos I've taken thus far in March!

So I love having a little girl so I can pick out cute outfits with matching bows.  Now Cara's hair is almost long enough to do REAL pigtails.  I wish she hadn't gotten all my curly hair, but... guess God had different plans.

What a face!
Cara's new polka dotted birthday present!

Here's Cara in her St. Patrick's Day dress LAST year.
And here she is this year (it's become a shirt)

Harris refused to pose so it's just Nick and Cara!
We're also doing a bit of renovating in the front yard.  Yesterday we pulled out all the bushes in the front.  The kids enjoyed watching their Daddy yank them out with either the tractor or his truck.  They were very "helpful"!  More pictures to come when we get some actual plants in the ground instead of the big gaping holes we currently have.

Lakeview Park & Science Center

Way back in February when we had some beautiful weather, the Donley's and our family headed to the park.  The children LOVED sliding and feeding the ducks!

First we climbed
 Then we slid
 Next a big tunnel
 A little swinging
 A little hand-holding (aren't they sweet!)
 Some boy-bonding
 My one picture of Nick
And isn't she a treat!!!  Check out what it says...
Sex Police K-9 Doggystyle Unit.  Oh yes, the lovelies were out in full force.

 Feeding the ducks
All the mamas and their babies (well, at least my youngest)
 Sweet, sweet Harris
 And my Care Bear
Later in the month while Nick and Chris were camping, mom and I took the younger kids to the science center!
Now we're excited for the warm weather and more trips to fun places!!!
