PJs & Performance

HARRISON ELIJAH CADWALLADER!!! Those are the words I yelled when I found this last weekend. Yep, an entire box of Rice Krispies on the floor. Not happy! This comes after the bottle of baby oil on the chair and toothpaste on the floor and cabinets.

Look how cute the boys are in their matching pjs.

Why is it that no child likes to have his picture taken with Santa? This is an example. Cara could care less, Harris is trying to get away, Nick looks bored, and Lauren refused to sit so Lis had to be in the picture. $10.00 and this is the memory I'll have.

My little Snow Girl at 46 Weeks old

I'm not sure what Harris will be helping Santa with this year.

Last week, Cara went to her first girly birthday party with Mommy and no brothers. Her friend Lizzie from daycare turned one year old. Here's Lizzie's older sister Neely pushing Cara around.

She was way more interested in the bows.

Mmm, this one tastes good.

All the children. Lizzie is on the firetruck.

Polar Express Day at Abernethy.

Nick didn't get to stay in his PJs all day because he had trouble listening. Poor Nick.

You may begin to see a common theme in Harris's pictures. This is the pose he likes to make for the camera.

Kids in a box. Toys NOT in the box.

So Cara loves corn. I mean Cara REALLY LOVES CORN!!!

Notice the corn in her EAR!!!

I just couldn't resist dressing them all alike. Aren't they cute?

Thursday, Dec. 17 was Abernethy's annual Christmas program. We were lifers this time. Cara was the first performance and Nick was the last. Parents leave after their child performs, but we were there for the entire time.

Cara was a snowman. She didn't feel very well that night though.

Cara's friend Chatham (and Mommy's friend Carrie).

Lauren

Here's Harris. All the other children were singing and Harris started growling. Of course, the other kids started growling too.
Ringing his bell. He hit his friend Jack in the face he got so excited.

Nick performing in his last (so sad) performance at Abernethy. He spoke "C is for the Christ child who laid in a manger of hay". Of course he spoke so quickly I don't think anyone heard him.

Miss Cara watching her brothers' perfomances.

Afterwards, Harrison got a big hug from a very proud Big Mama.

Nick got a hug from his very proud Big Dan.

Pepaw holding a very sleepy little girl.

We finally just laid her on the pew.

Friday was my last day of school before Christmas vacation. Fortunately we had SNOW!!! We're going to take the kids out to play, so I'll update our snow pictures later.
