Father's Day 2010

Here are the kiddos with my parents on Father's Day. At least Nick is smiling.

She may look angelic, but the earlier picture represents the tantrum she pitched five minutes earlier.

So sweet.

They may not all be looking but they're all in the same picture.

The Donley's came over for Father's Day to celebrate Devin's birthday! Happy Birthday Uncle Devo!

I can't believe she actually kept the hat on.

Different day, but same locale. Her hair looks a bit crazy here.

Chillaxing.

To celebrate my first day of being out of school Lisa, Carrie, and I took the one and two year olds to TWEETSIE!!!!

Choo Choo!

Harris was super excited to ride the BIG train.

Cara kept making train sounds and watched the show intensely from her seat.

Carrie and Chatham

Chillin' in the wagon

Chatham and Carrie in jail.

"Let me out!"
Three very unhappy children. I love that Harris and Lauren have their arms crossed with the pouty look on their faces. Priceless!

Ride um cowboy and girl.

Lauren and Lisa

Chatham, didn't your mommy tell you not to stand and drive?

Cara enjoyed the merry go round.

You can't see Cara, but she DID NOT enjoy the tilt a whirl.

Up we go!

Another pout.

Lisa got the nicest compliment about her and her "twins".

Nicholas Baker - 2010 Pre-School Graduate

Who would have thought that we'd blink and this sweet baby boy would become...

this handsome little boy only 5 years later. Time has definitely moved too fast for us as Chris and I get ready to send our "baby" off to kindergarten next year.

On June 6, 2010 Nicholas graduated from Abernethy Child Development Center. He is officially ready to start kindergarten at South Newton Elementary in the fall.

My parents were in NYC for the weekend, but Uncle Dan and Aunt Andrea came to watch.

It was a good thing they were there because little miss decided to show herself. I know it's hard to believe from the picture that she's a mess.

Wait, here we go. This face illustrates her whole attitude toward Nick's graduation. She's thinking, "Really, you expect me to sit here for this long?"

While I wait, I'll see if I can fit Mommy's glasses up my nose.

I'll smile with Mommy for the camera.

And I'll look sweet and innocent until I try to launch myself over the pew in a few seconds.

Then I'll take my clothes off at the graduation party afterwards because we all know that Cadwallader children like to get naked.

Nana and Pewpaw were there celebrating too. Unfortunately my camera's batteries went dead so I don't have a good picture of Nick with his grandparents. I do have a picture of Harris looking at a picture of himself.

Here he is - Daniel Boone of the Wild Frontier.

Coon skin cap and all.

Walking in with the biggest grin on his face.

Later, Nick turned into Galieo and his diploma became a telescope.

Harris was so excited for his brother.

The proud Aunt and Uncle.

Whew, that graduating is hard work!

No, it isn't an episode of the Bachelor. I did get a rose though from my son during graduation. Yes, I did cry.

I'm thinking Nick has just about had it with pictures.

One more. That's a good one!

Nicholas, we are so proud of you and can't wait to see all the great things you do in the future!!!

WE LOVE YOU!
