Harrison's Surgery

Harrison had surgery today to have a 2nd set of tubes put in and have his adenoids removed.  He did great until the nurse asked him to put on his gown and take off his clothes.  He freaked.  Chris and I agreed to put on gowns too.  The anesthesiologist also gave him a little something to calm him down.  Flash forward 16 years to him in college at a frat party.  The doctor came to talk to us after surgery and said everything went well, but that there was scarring on his eardrums from having so many infections.  There is a chance he will have to have his eardrums repaired at a later date.  Harris freaked out again when he woke up but was just fine as soon as he had the IV removed.  He slept all the way home and took a short nap.  Now you wouldn't even know he had surgery today.  Thanks to all of you who said some extra prayers for us today!

Still happy; watching Shark Tale on the way.
Playing with Daddy
 Having his blood pressure checked
 Still playing with Daddy
 Checking oxygen supply
NOT happy when asked to take off clothes
 Little better snuggling with Mom
 Mmmm, meds!
Feeling happy (little woozy at this point)
 Look, gown on!
 Out cold after surgery
