Abernethy Christmas Program 2010

Each year, Abernethy Child Development holds a Christmas Program so the children (and the teachers) can show off how talented our babies are at singing.  This is the first year Nick has not been a part of the program.  Cara was suppose to follow in the tradition of her brothers and be the ELF in the program, but too many toddlers were sick, so she "sang" with the two year olds instead.

It's very rare to get Nick giving a normal smile.
Christmas isn't complete in the Cadwallader house without at least one black eye, busted lip, or cut sometime during the holiday season.  This year it was Cara.  She smacked her eye and cheek the morning of the Christmas program.  Oh yes, lovely!
Who could forget Christmas 2006 when Nick was one!  Not only did he have a fat lip, but he cut his head open at daycare and had to be glued back together.  Fun times!
Three Cadwallader's in a row with somewhere to go!
The three dads- Devin (Chatham's daddy), Toph (he's all mine), and Jason (Jack Lamb's daddy).
Cara did go to the front of the church with her class.  She did stand on the risers.  But would she sing?  ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!  She spent the entire time with her thumb in her mouth.
Cara NOT singing. (BTW - one of her classmates falls near the beginning)
Or crying because she didn't want the bells.  Oh well, maybe next year.
Harris did FANTASTIC!!!  I ws so proud of him.  He sang his heart out.  What  good, sweet boy!
