I had my 23 week appointment on Monday to check Cara's growth. The ultrasound shows that my placenta perfect, and she is developing exactly like she should. It also showed that she is still definitely a female. She didn't want to show herself and got mad when the tech started mashing my stomach which raised her heartbeat to 171 bpm. Later, the doctor check and it had gone down to 159 bpm. My blood pressure was great! I'm measuring 24 weeks, but it could be because it's my third pregnancy or because she's going to be a big baby. I go back in 3 weeks for my gestational diabetes test. Here are a few pictures.
